What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Sir I had problem in Elbow in both hands and with higher temperature on Dt 16Th MAY 2015 tested blood with value

Hello, thanks for writing in.
Your liver function test results are all within normal range.
The only thing which stands out is a slight elevated ESR. This is a nonspecific marker of inflammation/infection in the body.
With a complaint in elbows/hands, and no more details available, I would suggest you also get a physical examination and an Xray of the involved part.
Till then you can take an anti-inflammatory.
